How do I set up TrackForMe?

Step 1: Open your email settings

Log into your email account to start setting up auto-forwarding. For more information on specific email providers, view our knowledge article.

Note: Gmail requires a confirmation code which we will forward to you during the set-up process.

Step 2: Set-up auto-forwarding from retailers

Set up filters to forward order and shipping confirmation emails. Use the following email as the “from” email in your filters:

• qla@amazon.com
• order-update@amazon.com

*Note: We are only pulling cancellation emails from Amazon at this time - your order and tracking information must be added manually.

Step 3: Forward emails to your unique address

Copy your unique forwarding address shown on the TrackForMe page. Make this the address where emails are forwarded.
