What is Amazon OTP?
Some of your Amazon orders may require a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to be given to the Amazon driver to allow delivery. This code is typically emailed to you on the day of delivery and your package may not be released to us without it.
In the left navigation bar on our website, there is a tab called "Amazon OTP". Here, you will find all of the pending tracking numbers you submitted to our site. If Amazon provides you with an OTP, all you have to do is enter that code next to the corresponding tracking number. You can also enter the expected delivery date for more context, but it isn't required.
