What happens when a deal is closed or taken off the site?
We reserve the right to close a deal at any time. When deals are closed, we will provide a deadline date and time to submit tracking numbers. You’ll also receive an email alert when we close deals. Tracking numbers submitted after this time will not be accepted. If your order will not ship in time and you won't have the tracking number before the deadline, we recommend you cancel your order. If you are unable to cancel your order, we will ask for a return label PDF to ship your item back once we receive it. You can obtain a return label from the retailer (almost all have free returns) and we will ship the package out for you. We will try our best to avoid this scenario for everyone.
