What is the deal buying process?
Step 1: Reserve Quantity
When you reserve an item, you're placing a hold on that quantity until you make the purchase. Here are the steps:
- Go to the "Deals" page.
- Review our deal cards and when you find a deal you're interested in click "Reserve Quantity" for direct access to the retailer links.
- Click on the retailer icons, which bring you directly to the retailer's site.
- Enter your quantity. The quantity you enter here tells us how many of that item you are planning to purchase.
- Reserving places a hold on your items so no one else can snatch that quantity from you while you focus on purchasing them. Submit your quantity by clicking "Reserve Quantity".
- Reserve more deals or go to "My Tracker" for the next step, which is submitting your order number!
My Tracker is the new and improved Shipments tab your one-stop-shop for keeping track of all of the items you ship to us.
Step 2: Submit Order Number
When you reserve an item, it will auto-add to My Tracker for you. Once you make your purchase, you'll need to submit your order number to lock in your quantity. Here are the steps:
- After reserving an item, go to "My Tracker" and locate the item you reserved in the sheet. Your order number must be submitted against the item you reserved before the timer runs out or you will forfeit the quantity.
- Under the “Order No.” column, select the cell and paste your order number, then hit enter.
- Select "Update" to save your changes.
- You can reduce the quantity in My Tracker, but if you wish to purchase more than specified, go to the Deals page to reserve more quantity.
- Once you save your edits, the status will change from Reserve to Purchased.
Note: you can also submit multiple order numbers.
Step 3: Submit Tracking
After you place your order, the retailer will ship your items and provide a tracking. You must submit this to our site so that once we receive your package in hand, our system knows it's yours and we can send you payment. Some items will have a deadline, which will be noted in the Tracking column. Here are the steps:
- Go to "My Tracker" and locate the item that shipped, matching it to its order number that you previously entered.
- Under the “Tracking” column, select the cell and paste your tracking number, then hit enter.
- Select "Update" to save your changes.
- Once you save your edits, the status will change from Reserve to Purchased.
Note: you can also submit multiple trackings.
