Are there any rules or guidelines for drop-offs?

Yes there are. When scheduling a drop-off, you will be asked to enter some basic information. If the following are not adhered to, you will not be allowed to drop-off.

1. You must arrive at your scheduled time.
2. First and last name must match exactly with your Driver’s License.
3. The license plate of the vehicle must match exactly with the vehicle dropping-off.
4. Make and model of the vehicle must match exactly with the vehicle dropping-off.
