Can I buy stuff and ship it to you myself?

Yes, but at this time, we do not provide shipping labels. Please package and ship the items but make sure you include the original receipts in the box you ship or it may not be accepted. We also ask that you keep a record of the serial numbers for each unit before shipping them out and remove any previous shipping label that contains a tracking number. Please note, this does not apply to apparel or sneakers which must be shipped directly from the retailer.

Be sure to submit your order numbers against your reservations! Some stores still provide an order number even if you make the purchase in store. You can also submit "instore".
