Can I buy stuff and ship it to you myself?

Yes! Shipping labels may be provided for specific deals only after you complete the shipping label request form (learn more here). You can also obtain a label yourself from any shipping carrier and we'll accept your units!

When you package your items, make sure you include the original receipts in the box you ship or it may not be accepted. We also ask that you keep a record of the serial numbers for each unit before shipping them out and remove any previous shipping label that contains a tracking number.

Be sure to submit your order numbers against your reservations! Some stores still provide an order number even if you make the purchase in store. You can also submit "instore" as the order number.
