My tracking number is marked “Closed”. What does that mean?
If your package isn’t processed 14 days after it was submitted, it will be marked “Closed” in My Tracker. If this package ends up coming in, we will process it for payment as normal! Your package will also be marked “Closed” if it was not delivered to one of our addresses or one of the reserved items in the package was not received.
