How do I cancel my reservation, order or shipment?
If you don’t end up purchasing an item, the order doesn’t ship, or you submitted the tracking and it's no longer coming to us, you can select the checkbox next to that item and then select "Cancel". Canceling a Purchased or Shipped status will move the item to the Cancelled stage.
Once you mark an item as canceled, you cannot reverse it. If the deal is still available, you may go back to the Deals page to reserve it again.
