Can I split the quantity in My Tracker if I already submitted a tracking number?
Yes. If your order was split into multiple shipments, and you’ve already submitted a tracking number, you can still update the quantity.
If the package is still in the Shipped status and has not yet been Processed, simply:
Go to My Tracker and edit the quantity in the “Reserved” column to reflect how many units are in that specific shipment.
The remaining quantity will automatically move back to Purchased status, under the Action Needed stage, where you can then submit the new tracking number for the rest of the items.
