Adding spaces:

Incorrect spelling:
- 13 FLAGGSTONE DRIVE ✅
- 13 FLAGST0NE DRIVE (Adding a zero instead of “o”) ✅
- 13 FALGSTONE DRIVE ✅
- 13 STONEFLAG DRIVE ❌

Adding extra characters:
