How do I insure my package if it’s the Best Buy duplicate tracking issue?
If Best Buy provides a duplicate tracking number that our system won't let you submit normally, you can still insure your package by following these steps:
Attempt the original tracking number: First, try to submit the original tracking number provided by Best Buy in My Tracker.
Modify the tracking number: If My Tracker provides an invalid error, resubmit the tracking number and add a letter ("B", "C", or "D") to the very end of the number until the system accepts it (for example: 8882221113333B).
Contact Support: Once the modified tracking number is submitted, please submit a support ticket providing the tracking and proof of purchase to ensure proper processing.
