What is a claim and how does the claim process work?

A claim is what you will file should an issue arise with your package. Before filing a claim, you must first submit an Insurance Ticket with BFMR Support. If we are unable to resolve your issue, you must contact the retailer and request a refund. Both steps will be required during the claim process. Click here for more information.
