What should I do if I shipped something to you by accident?

No worries! If you sent us an item we aren't purchasing, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Tracker
2. Select "More Actions"
3. Choose "Click here to submit tracking for non-reserved items."
4. Enter the requested information

Your package will automatically be marked "Set Aside" and we will send you an email once we receive it in hand.
