How do I void my insurance?

If you need to void your insurance, go to the Insurance tab in the navigation menu. Find the tracking number you would like to void, click the three dots on the far right, and select “Void Insurance”. Your request will then be reviewed by our team for approval.

Note: You cannot void insurance for packages that have already been delivered or received by BFMR.
