Guidelines for shipping to us
Follow the below guidelines when shipping your packages to us. Failure to do so may cause your package to be rejected or returned to sender, so we may not receive it in hand.

Do: Use your BFMR-ID.
You can add your BFMR-ID in the ship-to name or address field.

Do: For secondary addresses, use the mandatory format.
All Addresses: * The main address line must begin with the correct number/address, i.e., for "13 Flagstone Drive" variations like 13a or 13-1 and adding content after "Drive" are acceptable but make no other modifications.
Secondary Addresses: The name field must be BFMR. You can add your BFMR-ID but NO OTHER NAME can be included.

Do: Select delivery during business hours.
We can only receive packages Monday - Friday 09:00 AM to 04:30 PM ET. Some retailers allow you to add delivery instructions. For example, on Amazon go to Account settings > Your Addresses > Add delivery instructions.

Don't: Use same day delivery. **
This includes Walmart, DoorDash, Roadie, Instacart, Postmates, Uber, and BBYGD (Best Buy).

* For Amazon and our Primary Addresses, minor jigs/adjustments may or may not be needed. Try to get orders through with the correct format, but if you face issues it’s ok to slightly jig or alter. Do not add your BFMR-ID in the address line, place it in the name field instead.
** On the Amazon checkout page, you can sometimes select from multiple delivery options. Try your best NOT to select same day delivery and NOT to specify delivery time slots (for example, “Tomorrow between 10AM and 2PM”). Instead, try selecting a generic day, instead of a specific time slot.
