The retailer/carrier provided a label that has two tracking numbers. Which one should I submit?
There are two scenarios where you may have two tracking numbers. The first is when you have a UPS tracking number and a USPS Sure Post tracking number. We do not need the USPS Sure Post and only require that you submit the UPS tracking number. The second is where the retailer or carrier changes the tracking number while in transit. In this situation, we ask that you submit the most recent tracking number available.
