My package has a One-Time Passcode (OTP). How do I submit it?
Some of your orders (mainly Amazon) may require a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to be given to the driver to allow delivery. This code is typically emailed to you on the day of delivery and your package may not be released to us without it.
In My Tracker, click "More Actions", then "OTP/PINs". You'll be redirected to a page with the pending tracking numbers you submitted to our site. If you are provided with an OTP, all you have to do is enter that code next to the corresponding tracking number. You can also enter the expected delivery date for more context, but it isn't required.
One-Time Passcodes will only be given to drivers at our Primary addresses. Secondary addresses do not have the ability to receive these codes.
