When returning items, should I choose drop off or pick up labels?

Drop off return labels with a return tracking number and barcode on it are preferred. We don't have a preferred carrier for return labels, you can use UPS, FedEx, or USPS. 

For Amazon returns we are able to accommodate UPS pickup return labels as long as the pick up address is our Primary Address at 13 Flagstone Drive, Hudson, NH 03051! Return information needs to be provided in order to complete this request. We can also accommodate UPS store drop off, Whole Foods, Staples and Kohl's returns for Amazon. Whole Foods is preferred over Staples and Kohl's.

Once you receive your return label please reply to the follow up email or open a ticket with the label attached as a PDF and we'll be able to take care of the return for you.

At this time we are unable to accommodate Walmart, Target, BestBuy or Costco in-store returns.
