I need to return some items I sent to you. What should I do?

If you'd like to stop us from processing a package, visit your Shipments page, choose the pending tracking number, and select "Set Aside". You can undo the Set Aside request if the package hasn't been received and even add a note that is only visible to you. Once the package is received, you'll see the status changed to "Return".
